Therapy for people who are accustomed to holding it all together.
A thoughtful, relational approach to psychotherapy for adults seeking greater clarity, connection, and meaningful change.

A space to slow down, look honestly at what is happening, and move forward with intention.
Dr. Tara Cryderman is a dually licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist offering psychotherapy to adults, couples, and adult families. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through a combination of genuine connection, thoughtful reflection, and practical therapeutic work.
For high-functioning adults
Therapy can be useful even when life looks successful from the outside. You may be accomplished, responsible, and accustomed to managing a great deal—while privately feeling anxious, depleted, disconnected, or stuck.
For meaningful relationships
Relationships often bring us face-to-face with the patterns we have learned to live with. Therapy offers a place to understand those patterns, communicate more honestly, and build relationships that feel more secure and authentic.
For lasting change
The goal is not simply to feel better for a moment. Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of what is happening and create practical, sustainable changes that align with the life you want to live.
