Additional Services

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer clinical supervision and organizational consultation for clinicians, leaders, and behavioral health organizations seeking thoughtful, sustainable growth.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is a space to develop not only clinical skill, but also confidence, judgment, and a clearer sense of who you are as a clinician. I offer supervision for clinicians working toward California licensure, as well as consultation for licensed clinicians seeking support with clinical work, professional development, or complex cases.

My approach to supervision is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the realities of clinical practice. Together, we can explore case conceptualization, therapeutic relationships, boundaries, ethical decision-making, documentation, professional development, and the complexities that arise when working within larger systems of care.

I bring experience as both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Psychologist, along with extensive experience in clinical leadership, substance use treatment, and multidisciplinary behavioral health settings.

Organizational Consultation

Healthy organizations require more than good policies. They depend on clear systems, thoughtful leadership, and a workplace culture in which people can do meaningful work without becoming depleted by the system around them.

I consult with behavioral health organizations and leadership teams to identify where systems are creating unnecessary friction and to develop practical ways of working that are more efficient, clinically sound, and sustainable.

Consultation may focus on organizational structure and workflow, clinical programming, staff roles and expectations, communication, leadership development, workplace satisfaction, and employee retention. My work is particularly suited to organizations that are growing, navigating change, or finding that strong clinicians and staff are struggling within systems that no longer work as well as they should.

The goal is not simply to make an organization more efficient. It is to create systems that allow people to do their best work—and want to stay.
